You don't have to be able to read Japanese to recognize the characters for certain armor sets. You can look up lists of the armor sets, or if you've played in Japanese long enough you learn to recognize them. Canta's audience wants to see it, even if you don't.
Amatsu has several different tail spins, after hunting amatsu for dozens if not hundreds of hours in both MHP3rd and MHGen, I have never once seen this specific tail swing. I believe you are confusing it for a different one.

They most likely make all the HR locked monsters available once you unlock G rank. There were several high rank monsters and advanced quests that became available in 4U once you unlocked G rank. Besides, if they removed high rank Amatsu, there would be no way to make the armor and they aren't removing content between X and XX

No point in trying to copy the exact same set in the video when you don't even have the charm required for it, just see if you can get the same skills with an alternate combination + charm.

It's just bad matchup. So bad in fact that none of the japanese speedrunners seem to have bothered trying it with DB during the MHX days.
